I totally had to edit this post, some of it didn’t make any sense at all, I guess I gotta learn to not blog drunk…lol.
I am the proud owner of a new MacBook, picked it up about two months ago and I love it! I remember when I first got it one of the big selling points was the fact that I can use Bootcamp or parallels to install windows if I ever needed it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s cool knowing that the option is there but I will probably never use it. OS X is amazing, I had a feeling I would like it since I am a bit of a Linux geek but I never imagined just how much I would like it. Everything just feels right, it’s stable and just makes sense. I’m not a total Mac fan boy at this stage, I still love my PC, a little less now that it’s running Vista (I’ll leave that for another day) but I do catch myself making a lot of pro apple statements lately. Whatever, I’m not ashamed of it, the company is on the right track and improving fast, all I need now is the very hakable AppleTV and iPhone and my conversion will be complete…lol.
Stay tuned, I think I may have a few apple based tips to throw into cyberspace using this little site I like to refer to as “my word” pretty soon.
Later all,
Ed.
